Quick, professional, and comfortable. Using expert lighting and posing guidance, we capture authentic, confident images that highlight your personality and professionalism.

Choose onsite after your session or if time doesn't permit we’ll send you an unedited proofing gallery so you can review and select the image or images you'd like us to edit. 
Every headshot is fully retouched using AI tools—it’s you, but polished—so your image is authentic, refined, and ready for any professional platform.

We will deliver your final full-resolution and social media-ready headshots through an online gallery for easy download. Additionally, your images will remain available in the gallery for 90 days. Therefore, be sure to download your photos before the link expires.

Questions About Your Headshot Photography Session?

What is included in an individual headshot session?

Each session is 15–20 minutes, perfect for a quick, professional update. You’ll choose between a studio backdrop or a lifestyle setting. One image will be professionally retouched and comes with a commercial license — ready to use for LinkedIn, websites, or marketing materials.

Can I get more than one image retouched?

The standard session includes one professionally retouched image. Additional retouched images can purchased if you’d like multiple looks.  Additional retouched headshots $75 ea

Where do you take headshots?

You can choose a studio backdrop for a clean, professional look, or a lifestyle setting in Kitchener-Waterloo for a more casual, approachable feel.

How soon will I receive my image?

Your selected headshot will be professionally retouched and delivered within 2-3 business days via a private online gallery.


What should I wear?

Choose an outfit that reflects your professional style. Solid colors usually work best, and minimal patterns keep the focus on your face. You can bring one outfit for this quick session.
• Jewelry: Simple pieces work best so the focus stays on you.
• Glasses: Bring them along if you wear them! Clean the lenses, and if possible, use a pair without an anti-glare coating to avoid reflections.
• Colors: Solid, jewel-toned, or neutral shades work best. Avoid busy patterns or large logos.
• Necklines & sleeves: V-neck, crew, or boat necklines frame your face nicely; longer or three-quarter sleeves and a blazer give a polished look.
• Layers: Adding a jacket or blazer gives you extra styling options.





i'm nervous in front of the camera. What should I do?

No worries! We guide you through poses and expressions to help you feel confident and relaxed. Most clients are surprised at how natural and easy it feels, even in a short session.
